Three Weeks into 5ifth Quarter |

We just played our third weekly gig at 5ifth Quarter in downtown San Diego. Quite an enthusiastic crowd tonight.
But then again, what would you expect from a group in town for an
Anheuser-Busch convention. Just as we were starting our third
set, we were approached by a guy who happens to bring his flute with
him wherever he goes. He introduced himself as Don, and said he
was from Seattle. Of course you can sit in!
After opening with "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy," we dug into a very spirited
version of "Mr. PC," and then a nice rendition of "Afro Blue."
Don sounded great. Hope you enjoyed your visit to San Diego,
Don. Stop by 5ifth Quarter any Monday when you're back in town.
